In Havelar we believe in a future where construction technology drives sustainable solutions, empowers global communities, and democratizes access to exclusive housing design.
We are not simply constructing buildings.
We are building the infrastructure for the Construction Industry of the future.
Over a century, construction has evolved very little. Buildings are raised the same as ever: slowly, through fragmented processes, highly dependent on manpower, low productivity and a lot of waste.
While practically every other industry has been transformed by automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence, Construction remains stuck to archaic methods.
But the world has changed.
The world of today demands speed, sustainability, precision, predictability and responsiveness. Construction must keep up.
We believe this is the biggest opportunity for industrial transformation of the century.
And we want to lead it.
A different vision
Most enterprises of this sector seek to construct better buildings – we want something wat more ambitious. We’re currently developing the system which would allow the world to build in a better way. We won’t be selling 3D printers – they’re just another tool.
Our true goal is to grant immediate industrial capacity to any builder, in any country.
To do that we deliver a complete system that covers:
Creating a new insustry is way beyond selling equipment.
Why does this matter?
Construction is both one of the largest and less digitalized industries of the planet. The one who’s able to automate this sector will be able to create the system which will transform the way cities, houses, hospitals and schools are built in the following decades.
This is the opportunity we seek – the difference between a machine and a platform.
True competitive advantage isn’t inside the machine, it’s in the knowledge.
In the software.
In the materials.
In the engineering.
In the ability to train operators.
In the certainty of results.
That is why our goal was never to be printer manufacturers. We want to be the technological platform of the construction industry.
Our ecosystem
In order to realize this vision, we have developed an ecosystem supported by six complementary pillars.
Havelar
Enterprise responsible for the development and execution of construction projects. Here, all technologies are tested, validated and continuously improved in the field. Each project concluded becomes new knowledge for the whole group.
HavePrint Technologies
Responsible for the conception, integration and operation of robotic systems for construction. Transforms technology in industrial capacity, ready to operate anywhere in the world.
HaveMat
R&D hub for smart materials. Develops new formulas tailor-made for each country’s native raw materials, reducing costs, increasing performance and promoting sustainability.
HaveProf
International training academy for engineers, architects, operators and specialized technicians. Because a technological revolution is only possible when the talent is prepared to command it.
HaveLux
Architecture and Design Lab. Will be designing a new generation of buildings specifically conceptualized for digital development, in collaboration with internationally renowned architects and designers – including Olivier Lapidus. We don’t want to adapt the buildings to the machines. We want to design buildings for the industry of the future.
Campus INCONS
The heart of the ecosystem. A campus where research, robotics, artificial intelligence, materials, software, industry, training and demos all come together. A place where companies, universities, governments and international partners can develop, test and accelerate new solutions for construction. It will be an internationally renowned tech hub.
The value creation model
The value of this project does not reside only in building.
Its true potential in capturing recurring revenues thanks to an integrated ecosystem.
This value results from the combination of:
Each country represents a new industrial platform and each new platform raises the collective value of the others.
The model is scalable, replicable and global.
Our ambition
In ten years there will be thousands of 3D printers for construction, that’s not the question.
The hard questions will be:
Who controls the technology?
Who’s the expert on the materials?
Who provides the software?
Who can train the operators?
Who can certify the processes?
Who holds the accumulated knowledge?
And that’s the position we want to achieve.
Because truly revolutionary companies aren’t toolmakers, but the ones building ecosystems which make those tools become irreplaceable.
Invitation
We are not looking for an investor to finance a company.
We are looking for a partner to build the technological infrastructure of the next industrial revolution. The biggest opportunities appear when a whole industry is about to change.
We believe we’re at the doorstep of massive change, and we want to lead that transformation.
