We are not simply constructing buildings.

We are building the infrastructure for the Construction Industry of the future.

Over a century, construction has evolved very little. Buildings are raised the same as ever: slowly, through fragmented processes, highly dependent on manpower, low productivity and a lot of waste.

While practically every other industry has been transformed by automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence, Construction remains stuck to archaic methods.

But the world has changed.

The world of today demands speed, sustainability, precision, predictability and responsiveness. Construction must keep up.

We believe this is the biggest opportunity for industrial transformation of the century.

And we want to lead it.

International training academy for engineers, architects, operators and specialized technicians. Because a technological revolution is only possible when the talent is prepared to command it.

HaveLux

Architecture and Design Lab. Will be designing a new generation of buildings specifically conceptualized for digital development, in collaboration with internationally renowned architects and designers – including Olivier Lapidus. We don’t want to adapt the buildings to the machines. We want to design buildings for the industry of the future.

Campus INCONS

The heart of the ecosystem. A campus where research, robotics, artificial intelligence, materials, software, industry, training and demos all come together. A place where companies, universities, governments and international partners can develop, test and accelerate new solutions for construction. It will be an internationally renowned tech hub.
